From viral dance routines to coffee trends, TikTok has content that appeals to almost anyone. The social media platform now also caters to travel content as more creators use its short-form video sharing features to share travel inspiration, proving its place alongside the likes of Instagram and Pinterest.
A list of trending destinations curated by worldwide luggage storage company, Bounce, analysed the popularity of cities on TikTok based on the content with the most views to understand which destinations alluded to users the most. Dubai and New York come in the first two positions on the list.
Dubai (40.3 billion views)

With over 40 billion views to date for videos featuring #dubai, the city has become a popular destination in recent years. Dubai is home to a large number of expatriates, making it a diverse city to visit.
