Zoya Health & Wellbeing Resort will open in Ajman in September 2021, becoming the UAE’s first five-star health resort.

At Arabian Travel Market this year, plans for a Swiss-style retreat right here in the UAE were unveiled to industry insiders; Zoya Health & Wellbeing Resort is set to open in Ajman in September 2021, and will be the first fully integrated wellness experience in the region that holds holistic health and wellness at its core. Reflecting modern health and wellness needs, it will even offer a retreat package targeted at those looking to revive the body after being infected with Covid-19.

The coastal resort, located between the mangroves and seafront at Al Zorah, will be operated by well-known spa and health business specialist, Premedion. Founded in Germany in 2005, they boast next-level spas and health centres worldwide, leading projects such as Premedion Spa & Prevention Alexandria in Egypt, and A-Rosa Resort Scharmützelsee in its native country.

But what can we expect from Zoya Health & Wellbeing Resort? Naturally, it will bring with it the brand’s combination of spa expertise and preventive and medical competence, but with tailor-made treatments for its UAE offering. But the highly anticipated resort will not only be unique to the region but to the world, as it will be the only resort globally to offer an all in one health and wellness experience – meaning physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is assessed and nurtured.

Guests will start their retreat with a consultation with either a doctor or wellness practitioner, before being taken through your tailor-made treatment and nutrition plan. Each visitor will be provided with a personal plan for the duration of their stay.

Personalised programs include targets such as weight loss and anti-ageing, incorporating everything from treatments to yoga and oxygen therapy. Guests can opt for treatment packages that range from five nights up to three weeks, or long-stay bookings in extra-luxe accommodation.
